Beauty is in the EYE of the BEEholder (June 30)

First things first, we had ice cream today (and also fudge); it was the best thing ever.

Yesterday, we ended our day with a trawl. In our trawl, we caught 12 horseshoe crabs, a moon snail, some creepy mantis shrimp, hermit crabs, and a dead sea horse :(

After a beautiful star-filled night sail, we made it to Mystic Seaport, CT today. When we docked, we explored the seaport by doing a scavenger hunt. During this exploration time, we saw the Charles W. Morgan, featured in our museum movie from yesterday, and got the chance to build our very own model Lady Maryland.
After lunch, we walked into Mystic and got our ice cream! On the walk back, we checked out some nearby stores and learned some sea shantys and sang along!

Margaret got a new hat, we all approved.
